Foston Neighbours are here to help anybody in need of a helping hand and have taken over from Foston’s Community Aid Network. Telephone 07422 881 448 or Email fostonneighbours@gmail.com

They can help with: • medication collection and ppe • access to on-line services • minor household help e.g. changing a bulb • form filling • shopping • occasional lifts to medical appointments • dog walking.

And if you are on your own they are always up for a chat, so give them a call on 07422 881 448. All the volunteers have current DBS checks in place and they are all undergoing ‘Safeguarding training
